D.R.I.V.E. – Democratic, Republican, Independent Voter Education is the Political Action Committee of the Teamsters Union. Through D.R.I.V.E., Local 916 supports candidates that are labor friendly and legislative initiatives that benefit our members. Local 916 members have seen numerous benefits through their union’s decision to actively participate in the legislative process. As a result, the number of members choosing to contribute to D.R.I.V.E. through payroll deduction has increased more than 1000% since January 2001. |
