Teamsters Local 916 has a proud history of supporting members and their family member’s decision to go to college or vocational school, and with your support, annually providing over $60,000.00 in scholarships.

 

In addition, in 2022, Teamsters Local 916 awarded three (3) $5,000.00 Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Scholarships to Local 916 members and/or their dependents. Our goal is to fund another five (5) CDL Scholarships with this outing.

 

To continue this tradition, Local 916 is proud to announce September 15th will be the 6th Annual Local 916 Teamsters Scholarship Golf Outing at BrookHills Golf Course, 5350 Old Jacksonville Road, Springfield, IL 62711. We are offering two rounds of nine (9) holes with a shotgun start at 10:00am and a second round starting at 1:00pm.  We will have a live band (Mixed Tape Mayhem), and prizes after each round of golf.

 

We welcome former scholarship recipients and future recipients to be present to enjoy the day.

 

All funds raised at the event will be dedicated to the Local 916 Scholarship Program.
