|Sasha Cadigan||Executive Assistant||Sasha joined Local 916 in October 2020. Sasha previously served as Director of Membership & Administration for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois and is an elected official serving as a Trustee for the Fancy Creek Township, is a delegate for Springfield & Central Illinois Trades and Labor, Chair of the Teamsters Local 916 Women's Committee, serves on the Executive Board of the Teamsters Joint Council 25 Women's Committee, and a Precinct Committeeperson in Sangamon County.
Sasha enjoys running and racing in triathlons and loves to spend time camping with her husband, Jim, and three children, Logan, Ava & Max.
|Kyle Bollinger||Business Agent||Kyle has been a Teamster since 1996 when he joined Teamsters Local 525 as a rank-and-file member at Fischer Lumber Co. From there he went to work in the Ready-Mix industry driving for Kienstra Inc.
In January of 2014 he accepted a position as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 525 in Alton Ill. As a business agent for Teamsters Local 525 he has represented many different industries including Public Sector, Dairy-Food Processing, Ready-Mix, Bakery-Laundry, Construction, and Warehouse. He was President of Teamsters Local 525 from 2017 until August of 2021 when he accepted a position as Business Agent with Teamsters Local 916.
He participates on the panel for the Union at the Dairy Industry Joint Area Committee as well as part of the negotiating committee for the Central Conference of Teamsters Master Dairy Agreement. He served as a Union Trustee for the Teamsters and Employers Welfare Trust from 2016 until 2021.
|Justin Shaffer||Business Agent||Justin has been a member of the Teamsters Local 916 since starting out at Sysco Central Illinois in January of 2010. He was hired in as an outbound order selector and became the night shift Steward.
In July of 2013, Justin transferred to transportation as a CDL delivery associate. Becoming transportation steward in early 2020.
Justin has also served as a Union Delegate to the Springfield Trades and Labor Council since 2021.
Outside of work he enjoys drag racing, hunting, and camping.
|John Berry||Business Agent||John worked briefly at Springfield Pepsi as a delivery driver from May 2020 to October 2022.
Before returning to Decatur Pepsi in February 2021, John became the Steward for the Delivery Department where he served for one year. Prior to Pepsi, John obtained his CDL in November 2018 and was employed as an over the road truck driver for one year.
Prior to getting his CDL, John spent ten years in the social work industry with three of those years managing and directly supervising multiple homes and staff.
John started as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 916 in March 2023.
Outside of work, John enjoys grilling, binge watching TV and spending time with his family and is an amateur cigar collector.
|Cassie Langley||Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant||Cassie joined Local 916 at the end of September 2021. Prior to joining Teamsters, she has worked in the Accounting field in various positions for over 12 years.
Cassie is currently the Treasurer of the Route 66 Cruisers Car Club and also belongs to the Cool Cruisers Car Club and Route 97 Cruisaders Car Club. Once Cassie and her husband Jeff, were empty nesters (they have 2 sons) they bought a mustang and joined the local car community.
Cassie and her husband enjoy going to car shows around Illinois and Missouri during the Spring through Fall months.
During her down time, Cassie enjoys making handmade greeting cards and other handmade crafts.
|Megan Stotts||TITAN Operator/Administrative Assistant||Megan joined Local 916 in August 2022. Megan has previously worked in the insurance industry, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Securian Financial, where she managed the life insurance plan for State of Illinois employees.
In 2019 she left the corporate world to stay home with her small children and grow her budding photography career.
She has photographed over 60 weddings and countless families and newborns. In 2021, she opened her own studio in Springfield.
When she is not at the soccer fields cheering on her two kids, Ben and Eva, she enjoys working out and going on date nights with her husband Nathan, to listen to live bands in the area.
