|Larry Larson||Business Agent||A second generation Teamster, Larson was hired as a Business Agent in charge of warehouse accounts in February 2003. He is a lifelong resident of Springfield, and spent 14 years as a warehouseman at Bunn Capitol before joining the Local 916 staff. Larson is the business agent for the Warehouse, Food Processing, and Automotive Industries. In his spare time Larson fishes-winning numerous awards and prizes each year, enjoys golfing and hunting deer.|
|Kyle Bollinger||Business Agent||Kyle has been a Teamster since 1996 when he joined Teamsters Local 525 as a rank-and-file member at Fischer Lumber Co. From there he went to work in the Ready-Mix industry driving for Kienstra Inc.
In January of 2014 he accepted a position as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 525 in Alton Ill. As a business agent for Teamsters Local 525 he has represented many different industries including Public Sector, Dairy-Food Processing, Ready-Mix, Bakery-Laundry, Construction, and Warehouse. He was President of Teamsters Local 525 from 2017 until August of 2021 when he accepted a position as Business Agent with Teamsters Local 916.
He participates on the panel for the Union at the Dairy Industry Joint Area Committee as well as part of the negotiating committee for the Central Conference of Teamsters Master Dairy Agreement. He served as a Union Trustee for the Teamsters and Employers Welfare Trust from 2016 until 2021.
|Lisa Badger||Business Agent||Lisa holds her license as a Licensed Practical Nurse, previously working in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Corrections nursing. In addition to her nursing certification and Associates degree from Lincoln Land Community College, she also has a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies and a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution from Dominican University where she was member of Alpha Sigma Lambda. Lisa is Nationally Certified in both Mediation and Negotiation from the National Mediation Board. Prior to joining Teamsters Local 916 as a Business Agent, Lisa worked on the Communications and Civic Engagement Team for Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs, where she was a Union Steward and on the Bargaining Committee. In this role, she traveled throughout the state performing Community Outreach and Constituent Services.
In addition to employment, Lisa is very active in the community. She is an elected official serving on the Springfield Park District Board of Trustees, is a delegate for Springfield & Central Illinois Trades and Labor, co-chair of 916’s DRIVE Committee, is a Precinct Committeeperson and is a Springfield Jaycee. Lisa was named on Springfield Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” list in 2019. In addition to the many volunteer opportunities and civic duties, Lisa is most proud of being a mother of two amazing children.
|Sasha Cadigan||Office Manager||Sasha joined Local 916 in October 2020. Sasha previously served as Director of Membership & Administration for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois and is an elected official serving as a Trustee for the Fancy Creek Township, is a delegate for Springfield & Central Illinois Trades and Labor, Chair of the Teamsters Local 916 Women's Committee, serves on the Executive Board of the Teamsters Joint Council 25 Women's Committee, and a Precinct Committeeperson in Sangamon County.
Sasha enjoys running and racing in triathlons and loves to spend time camping with her husband, Jim, and three children, Logan, Ava & Max.
|Cassie Langley||Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant||Cassie joined Local 916 at the end of September 2021. Prior to joining Teamsters, she has worked in the Accounting field in various positions for over 12 years.
Cassie is currently the Treasurer of the Route 66 Cruisers Car Club and also belongs to the Cool Cruisers Car Club and Route 97 Cruisaders Car Club. Once Cassie and her husband Jeff, were empty nesters (they have 2 sons) they bought a mustang and joined the local car community.
Cassie and her husband enjoy going to car shows around Illinois and Missouri during the Spring through Fall months.
During her down time, Cassie enjoys making handmade greeting cards and other handmade crafts.
